- Ride to Quinten-Au with the passenger boat
- Walk to Quinten (approx. 20 min.)
- Starter in the restaurant at the lake
- Ride to Murg with the passenger boat
- Walk to the restaurant sagibeiz (10 - 20 min.)
- Regional main course (meat/fish/vegetarian) in the sagibeiz at the lake
- Optional: chestnut trail Murg (approx. 2.5 hours) or after-dinner walk along the lake
- Dessert variation in the sagisteg or on the sagibeiz terrace

Adults with a Halbtax SBB card (has to be shown) are granted a discount of CHF 5, with a GA (Generalabonnement) the discount is CHF 10, children with a GA get a CHF 5 reduction.
